Furspace wants to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and free-of-charge**. Yes, that’s right. We do not charge for the standard delivery of your orders. We currently deliver to all locations in Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and its outskirts. Standard delivery option
For all confirmed orders to be delivered via standard delivery option, the estimated delivery time is 3 weeks from the order confirmation date and 2 weeks in case of some products as mentioned on the website.
While we ensure that you receive your orders within the delivery time indicated in our shipping policies, unforeseen and uncontrollable events may cause the delay of your delivery. We will contact you in the event of any disruption and keep you posted.
** All orders with value above ₹ 2,000 are eligible for free delivery.

You can pay by Cash or Card at the time of delivery.

In the event of a failed transaction, you should not worry as no amount is deducted from your credit or debit card. Failed transactions may be due to multiple reasons such as unstable internet connection and/or incorrect billing information provided.
To avoid any disruption, please make sure that you have a strong internet connection once you have finalised your order and check that you have accurately provided the correct billing information. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order by calling our customer care number: +91 22-396-59223 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will only accept cancellations until the time of delivery, once you have accepted the product, we will not be able to cancel or exchange your order. We encourage you to check your product thoroughly at the time of delivery and raise your return request immediately.
In the case of customized products, you will not be able to cancel the product unless it was delivered damaged/defected.
At Furnspace, we believe that your home is your sanctuary. That’s why we try our best to make all our furniture in the highest quality and trendiest styles. What you see is what you get on our website but in the rare case that you are unhappy with your new Furn Space furniture, we would be happy to return/exchange it for you on the following conditions:
- The furniture is inspected for damage/defects at the time of delivery and a return request is raised immediately
- The furniture is not tampered or used when picked up for return
You are eligible for a refund if you have cancelled your order before or at the time of delivery. The refund will be initiated to you via. the following guidelines:
- For orders which were paid online or paid via. credit/debit card: The refund amount will reflect in the bank account you have used at the time of payment within 7 to 10 working days of the date of initiation of the refund. We will not be able to refund the money to any other account than the one used to make the payment.
- For orders with COD: The refund amount for the order will be initiated within 4 to 6 working days and the order amount will be credited to the your bank account via. NEFT
Each product warranty is in effect from the date of purchase. Please refer to the product details to see the warranty conditions and description for every product.
Terms & Conditions
- Claims are examined to determine warranty coverage of all items purchased from Furnspace.
- The original purchase receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
- Upon approval of warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased.
- In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorisation from Furnspace, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically void.
- Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchasers of the product.
This warranty is not applicable
- To products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products
- A typical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
- If products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated)
- To consequential or incidental damages

Furnspace Loyalty Points
Each time you buy on Furnspace, you receive 5% of the order value as loyalty points. Each loyalty Point is worth ₹ 1. Points earned are credited to your Furnspace account. These points can be used on subsequent orders. Loyalty points are credited after your order have been delivered to you.
